ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 25, 2010

7:15P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Ellen W.Abelson,

                        Richard B.Gorden and Mark J.Mazur.

1.   The Board reviewed the minutes from our 2/12/10 Board meeting

      but, will wait for Paula to review them before giving them final

      approval.

2.   The Board signed a Statement of Entry into Tax Deferral and

      Recovery Agreement, for a new clause 41A that was recently

      approved for the owner of Parcel # 39-32-2.

3.   The Administrative Assessor explained what had happened

      at an Appellate Tax Board hearing today. The Assessments

      for three fiscal years were at issue. A settlement was reached for

      one of the years in question, then the hearing was held for the other

      two years.

4.   The Board received conflict of interest documents from Town Clerk,

      Marlene Chused and discussed them with her.

5.   The Board decided to hold their next Board Meeting on Thursday,

      March 11, 2010 at 7:15P.M.
